4. After the implantation

You can come back to your normal life habits already several hours after the surgery, and you can come back to work on the next day. Things you should know: during the first week after the surgery, you may eat only liquid and soft food, and you should not rinse your mouth. You can start rinsing your mouth 2 to 3 times a day on the 2nd day after the treatment, but only with special medical solutions and according to the dentist’s prescriptions. For easing the pain and discomfort caused by the swelling, you should take pain reducing medications prescribed by the dentist.
