Dental prosthesis placement upon implants

After the bone and the gums have completely healed, a crown or a dental bridge are cemented or screwed to the implant. Dentures are tailor made for the patient in the dental laboratory, the dentist and the dental technologist working in close co-operation with each other.

Both the crown and the bridge are permanently fixed upon the implant and can be removed only by the dentist.

Implant supported teeth should comply both with esthetic and functional criteria. Implant treatment is considered to be completed, when the patient is able to chew any type of food, speak without impediments and laugh openly.
