Dental implants do not compromise the health of adjacent teeth

Tooth replacement with traditional bridges requires grinding down and thereby damaging healthy teeth adjacent to the missing ones. Replacing missing teeth with implant supported dentures does not involve adjacent natural teeth, so they are not compromised, or damaged.
